School's in session

Sorry, I'm a little late on posting this, but yes, our kids are in school. The kids excitedly got dressed in their new clothes, ate breakfast, brushed their teeth and hair and were ready to go. As soon as we got to school Gavin quickly gave me a kiss and jumped out of the car as he yelled, "You don't need to go with me, I know where my class is." I chased after him as he proceeded to run inside the school to his class. He quickly realized there were no other kids in the room which made complete sense when I informed him they were suppose to line up outside. Oops. The kids loved their first day of school where they met their teachers and new soon to be friends and mom enjoyed having a few hours without playing referee and stopping fights. School days are bliss. (except for the homework!)
