Lagoon
We have been promising the kids all year long that we'd take them to Lagoon and we finally fulfilled that promise. The last time I had been to Lagoon was when I was in high school so I was a little worried about how much there would be for the kids to do, but was happily surprised when they could go on most of the things. It was the perfect day, nice weather and not very busy so the lines were short! The kids ran from ride to ride and seemed to love the next one even more than the one before it. Some of the favorites of the day were Odyssey (which Jimmie kept trying to convince the kids that they wanted to go on over and over), Rattlesnake Rapids and the lady bug drop. We took the kids on the Tidal Wave boat ride thinking it would be no big deal since they've been on the same ride at Knott's Berry Farm several times. I don't know if it's because the one at Knott's is over the ground and the one at Lagoon is over the water, but Gavin was scared to death of the ride. After promising him that he wouldn't have to go on it again, we proceeded on to the remaining rides and had a very fun day.

This little girl was hillarious. She threw a fit until her mom let her ride with Paxton. Then she tried to go with us to the next ride but her mom wouldn't let her.

What a fun time! I need to make it up to Lagoon sometime. It is so good to see how you are doing. What a darling family you have. It's amazing how time goes by so quickly.
We went last week it was awesome...I had a blast watching the kids have so much fun.

I'm glad that you guys had so much fun. I'm with Gavin, I HATE the Tidal Wave. I do not like the way that it makes me feel. YUCKY.
I love the captions that you put under each photo. They were just perfect and the photos were so fun. Were you guys able to enjoy Frightmares as well? I have always wondered what that was like.
