Day 1

We decided we needed a vacation so we took the kids out of school and headed to Southern California. The first days destination was the beach!! We went with our friends the Ford's who most graciously let us spend a few days at their house. We played in the waves, made the kids into mermaids, built a sand castle and chased the seagulls away. Then the foot ball game was on. It first started with just the boys but then Jimmie felt bad for Paxton and helped him to score a touch down. It was the perfect day except it was a little chilly. We love the beach. It is just so relaxing.
